Meet The Team

Mundeep Lotay – Manager

My name is Mundeep, and I bring 28 years of experience in the childcare sector. I am deeply passionate about supporting the education and development of young children, particularly in the early years. Over the course of my career, I have gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience, which has strengthened my commitment to providing high-quality care and learning opportunities.

Working with babies and young children is something I truly enjoy. I firmly believe that the experiences we provide in the early stages of life lay the foundation for a child’s future learning, wellbeing, and success. The impact we make during these formative years is profound, and I am dedicated to making that impact a positive and lasting one.

Rani Bhachu – Business Manager

I have been with PSA since we first opened in January 2011, and it has been an incredible journey. I have a strong passion for working with children—there’s nothing more rewarding than watching them grow, learn, and reach their milestones. Being part of their early development and seeing their unique personalities shine through is truly special.

Although my role is primarily on the business side, I deeply value the time I get to spend interacting with the children and supporting the team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. I genuinely enjoy my job and feel privileged to be part of a setting that helps shape confident, happy, and curious young learners.

Daljit Dlay – Deputy Manager

I’m Daljit, the Deputy Manager at Preschool Academy. I’ve been part of the PSA family for over 14 years, and during this time, my journey has helped shape my knowledge, confidence, and skills in supporting children, guiding our dedicated staff team, and strengthening partnerships with parents.

As a mother of two – aged 16 and 21 – my children are my world, and they continually inspire my commitment to helping young minds grow. Every day at Preschool Academy brings a new challenge and opportunity, encouraging me to evolve and deepen my passion for early years education.

Watching children thrive and blossom into confident young individuals is truly the most rewarding part of my role.

Although my role is primarily on the business side, I deeply value the time I get to spend interacting with the children and supporting the team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. I genuinely enjoy my job and feel privileged to be part of a setting that helps shape confident, happy, and curious young learners.
